Laci and I finally came to the consensus that it was 1999 Head of the Occoquan. Our memories are a bit blurred! Thank you for your comments. We love seeing the postings from SCRC of old! I look forward to the Steel City Rowing Club "vintage" pics. I hope folks pass on some to us. We miss you all more than you know!
